He ran a launch that sold $24 million or so of digital product… in only 24 hours! It was the talk of the IM niche for years and this guy and his partner were practically inducted into “Internet Marketing sainthood”, if there were such a thing.

When he showed up on my doorstep, it was a different story.

Here he was looking like his best friend just died because he had been evicted from his home the day before and was literally looking under the floor mats of his car (his new home) for spare change to buy a meal at McDonalds.

The only reason he still even had a car was because the car repossession folks couldn’t locate him. He had escaped one state south to our beautiful sunshine state.

My heart went out to him. Still does. But I can’t help him. His “new project” (that he has been working on for 4 years) is doomed to fail. It pained me to have to tell him that… but he’s still trying to make a go of it. At least he gets points for persistence.

Gary Halbert is another famous example. He told me if he would have taken the red pill and paid heed to the secret I’m about to reveal to you… after about 5 years of intense focus on this secret while the Halberts business (the famous coat of arms biz) was at its peak… he could have retired for the rest of his life… and still left MILLIONS to his children.

Due to ignorance (and therefore by default), I also chose to take the “blue pill” most of my life and squandered most of my wealth…until I finally wised up the past few years.

You see, one of my biggest motivating factors was my fear of going broke again… penniless and forced to take almost any sucky copywriting job just to survive. Instead, I chose to finally get my act together… and I’ve been binging on those red pills for the last 5 years.

Yes, I’ve gone off on one of my famous rants… but dammit…

Probably one of the most important secrets I’ve ever revealed to you.

I really wish someone had gotten this through my thick head when I was a kid. If they had, I would never have to work another day in my life. (Even though I would probably choose to. I would just work on projects I’m passionate about, regardless of the potential income.)

Being financially independent opens up a lot more opportunities for you. When you have your money working for you instead of you having to work for money just to cover your monthly nut, life is a lot different.

I’m utterly amazed at how insatiable human lust can be. Problem is, in most cases, (I’m including myself in this description) this lust is directed towards worthless consumer items… not things that bring us financial independence or wealth.

There is a HUGE difference between investing your limited “seed money” in things that have the potential to bring you a respectable return on investment, help you learn to perform your business better and/or improve yourself… or pissing it away on worthless consumer crap like a new 72” LED TV.

When I decided I wanted to be a direct marketing entrepreneur I sold EVERYTHING I had and invested that “seed money” in things that would help me become a successful copywriter and direct response entrepreneur.

Heck, there were some days I didn’t even eat. (It would have been a lot more days if my former Dayton P.D. partner and best friend, Ben Holaday, hadn’t frequently invited me over for dinner with his family.)

One of my neighbors felt so sorry for me because I didn’t have a stick of furniture or even a bed to sleep on… so they gave me a ripped up old couch they were throwing away. (I could see why they wanted to get rid of it. It was covered with feline hairs and smelled like cat piss.) That’s what I slept on instead of buying a bed so I could use the money I saved to subscribe to Dan Kennedy’s newsletter and Gary Halbert’s newsletter. Those were my “lifelines” and inspiration. My Spartan lifestyle also provided enough seed capital to invest in space ads and direct mail, testing my various mail-order business ideas. (This was pre-Internet.)

99.9% of the people in this country have lost their “intestinal fortitude” and feel so entitled to a “cradle to grave” state-provided living, they would NEVER even make ½ of 1% of the sacrifices I’ve made to know what I know and have what I have.

And that can never be taken from me.

Pissing away money on cars, overpriced McMansions, creature comforts and useless consumer goods can be taken away at any moment… for any number of reasons… or no reason at all. I’ve seen it done on almost a daily basis with NO due process thanks to the abrogation of the Constitution. I’m sad to say I even participated in illegal and immoral confiscation of private property when I was a young brainwashed cop who didn’t know any better. “Just following orders, sir.” (That’s what the Nazis in the concentration death camps said, too, ya know.)

I’ve only told you about 1% of my story because the rest would scare away most of the new Knights. The sacrifices I made to become a successful direct marketing entrepreneur and copywriter were legion. Hell, the freeloading welfare recipients I had to deal with every day as a police officer (who used and abused all the taxpayers’ services like it was their own personal concierge service) were living better than I was!

Look, if anybody ever tells me they want to start an online business but don’t have the money to invest in starting and/or growing one, yet they have…

…a smartphone (or cell phone PERIOD)

…cable television… (Actually, a television PERIOD!)…

…have made themselves a slave to the bank and are making payments on a new car…

…and have all the creature comforts we now believe we’re entitled to…

It will take every ounce of self-control I have to keep from pummeling them upside their empty cranium numerous times with my ASP. (Google it. You should probably get one and learn how to use it.)

But I know better than to waste my time and energy. They simply need to be written off as an excuse-making loser. They are someone who only talks… but never does what it really takes to be successful.

I have to admit… as much as I would thoroughly enjoy beating them with my ASP or whatever blunt object I could get my hands on… I know from experience it won’t wake them from their Matrix-like slumber.

They’ll just continue in their lifetime of slavery. And just like the other 99% of the sacrificial milk cows… they’re gonna die broke, the poor saps. And amazingly, they will be furious at me for attempting to wake them from their slumber and trying to take away the lifetime of excuses for failure they’ve accumulated and conditioned themselves to believe through decades of repetition.

You see, what I’m trying to do with this Marketing Camelot is attract the very precious few people who want to raise their heads above the crowd and improve their little corner of the universe. And that makes me a target of numerous evil people.

In fact, something you might as well wrap your pretty little head around (the sooner the better) is that by wanting to create values and become a successful entrepreneur, you are now considered an enemy of the state. At least here in the U.S. and Europe.

You see, the state wants a population of despairing, dreary, hopeless, depressed “weighted-down” and overwhelmed people.

Why?

Because these people don’t do anything.

They’re predictable, malleable, docile and essentially, powerless. A population of “sheeple” that offers no surprises, threatens no change, never destabilizes anything or threatens the status quo.

For the politicians, bureaucrats and the people who REALLY control things on this earth, the plutocrat money creators (the puppet-masters of your public servants), this is the ideal world they desire. It makes their lives easy and their work remains unchanged from day to day.

Today is exactly like yesterday.

Just as tomorrow will be like today… and the day after tomorrow, ad infinitum.

This is the world the state wants!

A world of down-in-the-dumps obedient slaves, sheeple and docile milk cows.

Serfs who have been conditioned to believe that their purpose in this life… and the only reason for their pathetic existence… is to sacrifice their life values to the collective.

And the state is taking some extreme measures to maintain their subjects (YOU!) in this state. (Just look at what they’re putting in your water, your food and what Big Pharma is pushing on people like candy.)

In contrast, the hope I offer upsets the prevailing order.

It encourages the Knights in the Marketing Camelot to see visions of things that don’t yet exist.

It encourages the promise of a future different from today.

A better future.

Sure, we Knights acknowledge the uncertainty of the future… but we still dare to imagine the ideals that can become reality. Those who dare to think this way (especially when we band together) are a threat to the existing regime.

Why?

Because Knights who think like us… will eventually (even if it’s only a small percentage) begin to act.

They resist.

They rise up.

They overthrow.

Even if that resistance is something as simple as telling your boss you won’t work any more overtime so you can devote that time to building your own future by investing it in your own business. Yes, even something as simple as that is the beginning of a revolution. Granted, a revolution in your own little corner of the universe… but that’s really the only part of the world you can control, isn’t it?

Without a doubt, the majority of our population is anxiety-filled slaves, scared of their own shadow… and brain-washed to believe some of the most ridiculous fairy tales imaginable.

Yet look around:

In spite of over 100 years of meticulously engineered government-controlled mental conditioning, we see progress by independent-thinking entrepreneurs everywhere.

What does this tell us?

There is still hope for people like us.

There are people looking for… desperate for… praying for… even willing to die for what we Knights of the Round Table have. It implies that non-compliance is still alive in a teeny tiny, itsy bitsy percentage of the human population.

And that infinitesimally small number of rare and precious “gems” (I’m specifically referring to people like YOU)…

Will NOT Allow Themselves To Be Forced
Into A Mold Of The State’s Making!

The future will happen… and how it turns out will be shaped by those precious few who dare to “break bad,” rebel and march to the beat of their own drum.

The people who dare to overthrow the irreparable disaster we’re currently living in, caused by our fear to take action against evil men over the past 100 years.

The few remaining chivalrous Knights who will take risks and stand up to tyranny… with our only motivation the mere hope of what could be.

Look, I’ve been studying the path we’re on as a nation since 1996. It was all prompted after seeing atrocities committed by certain three-letter agencies much worse than the alleged “bad guys” we were pursuing.

It forced me to go through the painful process of “waking up” and discovering how the wool had been pulled over our eyes by those in power.

How our “money” since 1913 had gradually been turned into a tool of the elite to make us all slaves.

It was a life-changing experience. Depressing… stealing my hope for the future… even making me apathetic for a long time… and occasionally wishing for an early death.

But I held on to a hope. A hope that I wasn’t the only awake warrior left on this earth willing to die on his feet rather than live on his knees.

And holding on to that hope, I discovered something.

When you’re truly awake and can finally see through the lifetime of illusions we’ve been brainwashed to mindlessly accept, cling to, and even die for, all in the name of sacrificing your life values, your very life… and even the lives of your children to a small power elite…

…you can at last begin to overcome your government-sponsored programming, wake up to the truth, look around and realize that the power elites do not and cannot rule people like us.
