A 2015 Michigan State University study showed that working out with buddies increases your motivation.
This was no surprise to me or any other hardcore gym rat.
It’s that “esprit de corps” in the gym that makes it fun.
Or knowing that your training partner will be there waiting for you… primed and ready to toss around some heavy iron that gets your ass off the couch and to the gym.
But what if you don’t have a workout buddy?
No problem.
Studies show that “virtual partners” can be almost as effective as real partners.
And nowadays, there’s an app for stuff like that.
A lot of workout apps include functions that keep you accountable to your virtual workout buddies.
They also let you track your workout data and share it with your group of virtual workout buddies.
Or publicly humiliate them if they’re slacking off.
One I wish I had thought of is “Zombies, Run!”
It puts you in the middle of the zombie apocalypse… and gives you 30 different “missions” to complete.
This is MUCH better than a boring old workout. If you don’t complete your mission, you’re eaten by frickin’ ZOMBIES for cryin’ out loud.
If THAT isn’t motivation I don’t know WHAT is.
Listen, dear amigo…
I’ve been a gym rat for 36 years now.
And I can tell you THIS from darn near 4 DECADES of “iron experience”:
It’s REALLY tough going tossing around the iron…
…getting in your cardio…
…staying disciplined and consistent with your diet…
…and all the other stuff we have to do to get healthy and look good nekkid…
And it’s EXPONENTIALLY tough trying to do it solo.
You simply MUST have a workout buddy.
Or most likely you’re gonna fail.
And if you think THAT’S hard…
…it’s a THOUSAND times harder trying to start and build your online business by yourself.
It’s CRUCIAL you have an “entrepreneur buddy.”
In fact… my 30 years experience in this world has proven to me you’ve got a 99% chance of failing if you try to go it alone.
Look… this “bootstrap entrepreneur” stuff is hard enough as is.
Don’t make it harder… or darn near IMPOSSIBLE… trying to do it alone.

All the best,
